These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Primal Power Wash website and any services you book or purchase from us. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
We provide pressure washing, soft-wash roof cleaning, driveway and concrete cleaning, house and siding washing, patio and pool deck cleaning, sidewalk cleaning, and commercial exterior cleaning throughout Ventura County, California. All services are performed by trained personnel using professional-grade equipment and manufacturer-approved chemistry where applicable.
Online quote estimates are based on the information you provide and are not final invoices. Final pricing may be adjusted after on-site assessment if conditions differ materially (size, condition, access, additional surfaces, etc.). We will communicate any change before starting work.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and an outdoor water source. Please remove fragile items, secure pets, and close windows and doors before our arrival. We may reschedule for severe weather or unsafe conditions.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. Past-due balances may incur reasonable late fees and collection costs.
You may cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a trip-charge fee.
We back our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If any area we cleaned isn't right, notify us within 7 days of service and we'll re-clean the affected spot at no additional charge. The guarantee covers workmanship; it does not cover pre-existing damage, surface defects, oxidation, staining that cannot be removed without damage, or conditions outside our reasonable control.
Pressure and soft-wash cleaning can reveal underlying defects (loose paint, failing caulk, deteriorated wood, soft mortar, damaged shingles, leaking windows, etc.). Primal Power Wash is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, code-noncompliant construction, or surfaces that the manufacturer does not approve for cleaning.
We carry liability insurance. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of services provided is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive service-related calls, texts, and emails from us. Message and data rates may apply. Marketing messages are opt-in and you may unsubscribe at any time.
All content on this website, including the Primal Power Wash name, logo, copy, and images, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
